User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the individual Ivan Kazantsev (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") and the user within the framework of using the mobile application "Position Size Calculator" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). By using the Application, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") accept and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the Application.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User has the right to:

• Use the Application in accordance with its functionality and limitations.

The Developer has the right to:

• Restrict access to the Application in case the User violates the terms of the Agreement.
• Make changes to the functionality of the Application without prior notice.
• Discontinue access to the Application if necessary.

The User is obliged to:

• Comply with the terms of use, including not using the Application for illegal purposes.
• Not disrupt the operation of the Application.

The Developer is obliged to:

• Maintain the operability of the Application, except in cases where it is impossible for reasons beyond the Developer's control.
• Ensure the protection of Users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties.
• The Developer is not responsible for:
  • The mismatch between the services expected by the User and those actually provided.
  • Financial losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Application.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, wars, communication network disruptions, etc.), the Developer is not liable for Application failures and potential data loss.

Terms of the Agreement

• The Developer reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement unilaterally without notifying Users.
• The current version of the Agreement is available in the Application.
